Accomplishments: Recipient of 10 patents at PepsiCo, and multiple awards; most notably, PepsiCo Academy of Science Award, PepsiCo Chairman’s Award for excellence in packaging R&D, and Packaging Digest 2013 Visionary Award. Packaging Successes: Tropicana 89 oz clear PET container, minimized finish closure for weight savings, Abbott Ensure retortable PP container, Heinz red opaque container, and others. I am a member of American Chemical Society (ACS), Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and International Society of Beverage Technologist (ISBT). Prior Experience: Familiar with mechanical and chemical recycling of PET. Supported submission for FDA non-objection of recycled PET in food contact and developed non-food contact application in sheet and fiber. I am open to relocating in the continental US.
