About Clarice F.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at University Salvador - UNIFACS in 2011. Currently in Montréal, Québec for studies and working experience. I’m attending to a DEC in Creative Business at LaSalle College. My working interests are advertising and design projects, community management, illustration and project management. Most of my career, I've worked as an art director: layouts, branding, books, magazines, and newspapers. I’ve developed online campaigns for digital marketing, working in social media most of the time. I worked in several advertising agencies such as Morya, Célere, AF Design (period in Salvador-BA), Leekloy, Ana Cury Image Consulting (period in São Paulo). Bring materials for clients such as MSD, Salvador Mall, Eldorado Mall, Carolina Herrera and Queiroz Galvão. I was Eldorado Mall's fashion blogger (SP) from April to September 2012, focusing on fashion and lifestyle subjects. Content production has become one of my favorite occupations at that time. In 2014 I had the amazing opportunity to work as a designer in the Communication Department of Bahia's state, where I developed infographics and design projects for social networks and the official website of SECOM-Ba. In 2017 I worked at Babushka as a Visual Artist, then moved to Community Management in 2018 attending Pantene’s Brazil and LatAm Social networks, which was a big experience for me. Then I was relocated to my last position there as a Project Manager taking care of 8 brands of a beverage company named Grupo Petrópolis: Itaipava, TNT Energy Drink, Petra, Black Princess, and Crystal. Because I wanted to change fields, in 2019 I dived into the Agile world and began my studies. I am a certified Scrum Master and also have a Lean Kanban I certification. I also participated in a Management 3.0 workshop, all courses provided by Knowledge 21. Moreover, in 2019 I started working at Mosaico Agency as a Project Manager looking after TNT Energy Drink with influence marketing projects. I took this opportunity to implement my recently acquired skills to benefit the Mosaico Team with an Agile mindset and specific kanban framework. It was an innovation since in the communication and marketing market at that time, agile culture was not very widespread even to this day, so it was a set off for all of us with great impacts on team's efficacy.
