About Clarice McFadden

I learned early on in my career that what motivates me is analyzing numbers and strategizing ways to make companies more efficient. I have more than nine years of experience in corporate finance and I have had a fulfilling career because I have chosen to work for a company that I believe in the mission and vision. Working with the Midwest Region within XBS, I get to spend my days doing what I enjoy most, working with the finance team and coming up with creative ways to help clients. One of the highlights of my career has been automating several processes within the accounting department and helping reduce the organization's environmental footprint. There is nothing more rewarding than identifying an area of opportunity, implementing a new workflow and seeing the impact it made on the company.
