As a Design Coordinator, I managed the complete lifecycle of fashion collections — from building collection frameworks and managing costing processes to conducting sales forecasts and performance analyses. Working hand-in-hand with departments like Marketing, E-Commerce, Purchasing, and Logistics, I made sure that every piece met both creative ambition and commercial needs. Key achievements include leading supplier management and spearheading the successful implementation of a new ERP system — experiences that sharpened my skills in project management, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. Partnering directly with the Head of Design, I also took on early leadership responsibilities, helping to shape the design team’s strategic vision and contributing to the brand’s creative success.
