About Clarissa Marchia

Through building my own business, I discovered the power of florals to connect, communicate, and inspire. I am a highly motivated and dependable creative professional with a diverse background in procurement, design and product management. My craft and artistic expertise help businesses develop their brand identity through product development and creative direction. Empowering others is at the core of what I do. I stay curious, continuously learning new techniques and trends to evolve within the industry and share those insights generously. The floral industry is far more than pretty petals and stems. My work blends photography, graphic design, customer experience, data analysis, merchandising, and product styling to create immersive and strategic experiences. Creativity and curiosity are my superpowers. I thrive where artistic mediums intersect and believe innovation often blooms in those overlaps. I'm committed to building a more sustainable, thoughtful future. Whether I'm developing a collection or refining systems behind the scenes, I’m always aligning my work with meaningful values.
