Having personally led over 250 capital campaigns, it is unlikely there is a campaign issue that I have not faced and overcome. In January 2012, after existing as Dickerson and Associates since 1985, the company became a part of Keystone Consulting as Dickerson, Bakker and Associates. With no more administrative responsibilities, I am able to focus more exclusively on serving ministries, providing guidance to other consulting team members, and sharing my knowledge and experience through teaching, writing, and presenting.I have been a speaker at the Christian Leadership Alliance conference, Evangelical Development Ministry Institute, Christian Camp & Conference Association, Association of Gospel Rescue Missions, National Christian School Association and Association of Christian Schools International. I have written manuals and produced CD’s on a variety of development topics and am a recipient of the Robert O. Fraley award for a Lifetime of Innovative Development Service to Christian Development Officers.Reach out to me anytime!
