About Clark Goodwin

After being given the privilege to exercise my leadership and interpersonal skills as a Resident Assistant at Messiah College for 2 years (class of 2018), I was immediately given an outlet to expand and further develop these skills through the Pittsburgh Fellows program. In this 9-month professional development initiative, I have been given the opportunity to connect with Pittsburgh-based professionals, be mentored by them, and practice what I have been taught in my own position as a Customer Support Specialist at CMMI Institute. Daily, I am expected respond to questions and issues of CMMI Institute partners and clients, be the connecting bridge between the CMMI Institute staff and the end-user population and work to find solutions for any incidents that occur. Beyond this, while employed at CMMI Institute, I developed strong professional communication skills as well as proficiencies in several systems CMMI Institute utilizes to best support its staff and customers. Something that I am especially proud of is CMMI Institute’s mission to “make the world work better.” We strive to help others improve in their businesses so that they may benefit in their quality of life and community.
