What Drives Me For more than 12 years I served in various roles in the U.S. Army. I consistently exercised my leadership abilities by managing and training staff as well as directing high-security military projects and large-scale events serving with the highest level of integrity. As a civilian, I have earned my Masters Degree in Public Administration and I have continued to manage multiple projects in varying capacities with government entities to drive successful execution based on the stringent principles I gained in the military. I am skilled at driving end-to-end execution of projects, from the beginning stages of defining project concept and scope, to the design and development aspects, including managing timelines, vendors, and budgets. I pride myself on the successful delivery of on-time projects within strict budgetary constraints. I believe in uniting cross-functional teams through a common goal of collaborating to deliver exceptional solutions and client support. My communication skills combined with my ability to work in tandem with diverse personalities has allowed me to forge long-term, loyal, highly successful relationships. I am a passionate about offering innovative training and continuing education across multiple disciplines in a variety of settings.
