I am a relentless pursuer of excellence and extremely passionate about agriculture and the rural way of life. Everyday I work to promote growth both professionally and personally in those who surround me. I strongly believe every American, rural or urban, should have high quality, fast, reliable internet access. I strive for positive change both in the workplace and my community, with a little bit of humor along the way. I work to mesh my skills learned in the teaching world with my skills learned in the business world to drive innovation and new ideas, but also to be able to teach and educate others about the why and how of the change and not forget about lessons learned from the past. I live daily my values: positivity, humor, kindness, social intelligence, and integrity.
