With over 25 years of experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and enterprise risk management (ERM), I help organizations achieve their sustainability goals and mission. I am the President of SEE Sustainability Ltd, pursuing governance (Boards & Committees), Training and Advisory roles. I apply my expertise in water, energy, climate change, corporate social responsibility, triple bottom line accounting, and results-based management. A partial list of my governance accomplishments include; • Over 10 years of proven experience serving on Boards & Committees • Committees served on include; Governance Human Resources Finance Asset Management Foundation Technical • Experience working effectively with Federal / Provincial & Municipal elected officials • Development & execution of numerous corporate strategic plans • Evaluated and recommended to the Board corporate governance best practices that assisted in improving corporate KPIs and mitigating risks • Provide Board Director oversight on the management of over 3 billion dollars in housing, MURB & land assets • Oversight of contract payments totaling over 1 billion dollars annualized, related to domestic and international infrastructure projects. • Provision of financial stewardship by ensuring financial health through oversight of financial metrics • Requested by Chair to sit on more than one Committee simultaneously (sole Board Member to do so) • Engaged in the successful search, vetting and hiring of CEOs and of fellow Board and Committee Members • Lead the Board in its review and assessment of the Board's performance. • Served on special governance assignments As an ESG and ERM advisor, trainer, and facilitator, I deliver customized solutions that enhance the performance, reputation, and impact of my clients.
