As Head of Information & Grading in Belgium, I’m responsible for the assessment of the buyers we cover as well as for the monitoring of our risks and the information management, including contacts with buyers. My 10 credit analysts are each responsible for a specific region, covering Belgium and Luxembourg. Never hesitate to contact us for providing new information on the evolution of your company- One of the striking things in our company is that our values of transparency, customer service and professionalism result in high retention of both employees and customers. We have a yearly retention rate of between 93% and 95% for our staff, and their strong expertise means we give added value to customers. This brings particular challenges for me, both in creating new opportunities for staff, and growing new clients. Personally, I enjoy the challenges of both because I comfortably embrace change. I’m completely committed to employee development, and finding innovative solutions in management to grow new business. I’m proud to have excelled in these areas- From a personnal point of view, I am married, have 2 (great) childrens and family life is very important for me. I am crazy about reading (literature) having about 3.500 books to the great despair of my wife because of the place it takes. Humor is also very important as quality in the work.
