Background

About Claudia Caldera

I'm a professional with experience in project coordination, people operations, and administrative management within the tech and consulting industry. I’ve worked closely with recruitment teams, managed LATAM contractor payments through Deel, and supported internal and client-facing projects across multicultural environments. Before entering the tech industry, I led the planning and coordination of cultural events and independent projects, where I developed strong skills in stakeholder management, team training, and strategic execution. This background helped shape my approach to collaboration, structure, and leadership. I thrive in structured yet dynamic teams, where I can combine my organizational mindset, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills. I'm passionate about creating smooth workflows, supporting people, and enabling growth—for individuals, teams, and businesses. I have working proficiency in English, which I’ve applied in bilingual projects, international collaboration, and written communication.
