Following the events of the CoVid-19 pandemic, I found a part time job working as a Registered Behavior Technician at Hopebridge Autism Center. I was quickly promoted to a peer mentor, and I transitioned to a full time schedule. Within a year, I passed my qualifying assessment to become a Level 2 RBT. Following my time at Hopebridge, I began a new journey with in-home therapy at Golden Steps ABA. I worked as a primary in-home therapist for several months. Then, I transitioned to clinic-based therapy for nearly a year. I’m currently working a hybrid position with majority of my hours in-home; however, I frequently pick up sessions at the Mishawaka Clinic and occasionally the Plymouth Clinic to support my team.
