With over a decade of international experience in corporations and SMEs, I’ve led global talent strategies for employees across 50 countries and held operational roles with full P&L responsibility. My expertise spans HR strategy, talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, organizational transformation, and digitalization. Beyond business, I am committed to taking responsibility for society by supporting education and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset at an early age. As an advisory board member of Startup Teens, I contribute to empowering the next generation to shape their futures with confidence and innovation. A psychologist by training, with a Global Executive MBA and coaching certification, I bring a people-centered, analytical approach to every challenge.
