For the last five years I have been helping businesses run their offices smoothly and efficiently, allowing them the time to service their customers. This includes being the face of the company for new candidates and new hires, managing vendors, dealing with building facilities, stocking the kitchen and office supplies, planning office events, lunches and parties, arranging “give-back” opportunities, organizing safety committees, reconciling office accounts, calendaring, and communicating expertly with employees and the Executive Team. As a business owner of an international Travel Company I wear many hats; marketing, operations, customer service, legal and financial. I have a great aptitude to plan, research and communicate with my customers; always keeping their needs in first place. Previously I spent many years editing and supervising the post-production on long format feature films in Hollywood. These and many more experiences have given me the strong ability to solve problems and multitask in fast paced work environments; always performing as a highly organized and ethical professional.
