I'm thrilled to return to Hyatt Hotels, now representing the Southeast market at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans as part of the Hyatt Convention Alliance. In my most recent role at Explore St. Louis, I leveraged my hotel background to create tailored, high-impact experiences for clients, while supporting the local hotel community and driving value across partnerships. Previously, as Area Senior Sales Manager at Grand Hyatt San Antonio & Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk, I led sales strategies for citywide conventions and in-house events across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions. My expertise spans contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and cultivating long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on delivering results in both association and corporate markets. A former CMP-certified professional, I take pride in upholding the highest standards in event execution.
