About Claudia Iovinelli

Dynamic and Inclusive Manager with international experience in industrial companies covering roles both in Commercial and in Project Management functions. Passioned about Coaching and Organizational Psychology. Since 2009 I have been working with international companies with a great innovation mindset, I had the chance to grow in one of the most diversified company in the world with a strong innovative approach (General Electric). Thanks to accelerated career paths and job rotations in Italy and in USA, covering different roles, I learnt a lot about all the dynamics of several functions from international sales to r&d project management. During these years I enjoyed a lot to be part of very different working environments: American multinationals, small Italian family companies and startups in different sectors (energy, packaging, automotive, fashion, training) Working with diverse human resources for mindset, ethnic culture, genre, generation and so on, made me passioned about the topic “Diversity & Inclusion Management” and also to Coaching methodology that I find a very effective tool both in business and in private life to reach challenging goals.
