Specializing in adults who are looking to increase the happiness in their life, those recovering from codependence, dealing with any midlife crisis, empty-nesters, and sex coaching. Experienced in individual and group coaching, identifying when actions do not align with your goals and values, making a coaching plan of action for change based on what you want your life to look like, guiding in how to become your own best coach, identifying and referring clients to programs or that will augment and improve their life, and helping clients to grow and learn coping skills for every life situation.
