About Claudia Plesa

Welcome to my profile! My journey began when I finished my studies in Software Engineering at the Polytechnic University in Madrid. At the age of 24 I moved from Spain to Sweden to start my professional career at Volvo Group in Gothenburg. I worked in the Powertrain area, where I was responsible for the maintenance and release software for Volvo Trucks, Volvo Penta and Volvo Construction Equipment, using the needed emission legislations for different regions. Later I moved to Volvo Electromobility to search for new challenges and be part of the change for a better world with green transport solutions. The experience of moving abroad thought me the importance of being brave, strong and ambitious but it also gave me the opportunity to meet new people, learn about new cultures and traditions and grow both personally and professionally. Now, I have moved again to the Netherlands to continue my journey at ASML in Eindhoven. I am a Product Change Leader working in the Configuration Management department at ASML. It is extremely exciting to be part of a company that is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies. My responsibilities include supporting and leading the cross-sector team in processing changes by securing the quality and achieving first-time right. During my time at Volvo Group, I discovered my passion for project management and leadership and I am excited to continue growing in these areas at ASML. I am passionate about working with people and being part of a team. I am a very empathetic, kind and understanding person and I believe that by working together, we can achieve great things. When I'm not working, you can find me exploring new destinations around the world, spending time with family and friends, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying nature or exercising among others :) Thank you for visiting my profile!
