Background

About Claudia Ruffin

With over 20 years of progressive leadership at MeriCal, a premier health supplement manufacturer, I built and led multiple operational departments from the ground up, leaving a legacy of excellence in supply chain management, operations, and leadership development. I established processes, procedures, and SOPs across Procurement, Inside Sales, Packaging, and Manufacturing, while creating and scaling the company’s Distribution Center, Logistics function, and Supply Chain Planning department. I developed and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) across all supply chain areas, achieving 96% accuracy in cycle counts and yearly inventories. Known for a data-driven approach, I consistently leveraged metrics to analyze complex information, identify root causes, and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions. My leadership philosophy centers on people: I focus on developing talent, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and guiding individuals toward personal and professional growth. By cultivating a culture of innovation, adaptability, and accountability, I enabled teams to deliver seamless operational performance while supporting organizational goals.
