What’s the business objective? Can we measure it? How do we execute it and continue to improve it? I’m that person. I like to keep efforts focused, aligned and accountable. Today as an EVP of an online vehicle registration and title transfer platform, it’s not only my responsibility, but also my passion to monitor, measure and prove every endeavor our team pursues. I’ve worn many hats throughout my career, sometimes several at a time. I’ve been an SEO Manager, a Director of Customer Experience, and a Corporate Trainer for products like Verizon and Comcast. I’ve worked with $220M-in-revenue enterprises including one listed on Inc’s 500 List. My leadership style revolves around the delicate balance of being hands-on and delegating, helping to manage all the moving parts of an ever-growing organization. That includes integrating branding, sales, operations, and customer service, as well as promoting an inspiring and empowering internal culture. When I’m not busy helping move the needle, I’m learning about the stock market by taking a swing trading course. I also enjoy reading and listening to podcasts. The last book I read is John Doerr’s “Measure What Matters,” about the OKR goal setting technique. InvestTalk, The Ed Mylett Show, Kwik Brain, The Life Coach School, and Mindvalley are some of my favorite podcasts.
