I’ve always believed that how you welcome someone sets the tone for everything that follows. With a background in hospitality and organic retail, I learned quickly that success lives at the intersection of people, process, and passion. Starting from the ground up, I worked my way into management roles where I led teams of up to 25 people - training, mentoring, and helping them grow. That’s when I discovered my true calling: enabling others to thrive. Today, as an Onboarding Trainer for international colleagues at Protime (part of SD Worx WFM offer), I combine that hospitality mindset with solid coordination and communication skills to design onboarding experiences that are human, structured, and impactful. Whether it’s creating meaningful first weeks, fine-tuning onboarding journeys, or building bridges across cultures, I bring energy, empathy, and consistency. Always curious. 🧩 Always improving.
