Claudia is an accomplished professional with a unique educational background and a career spanning 30+ years. Experienced in distribution, sales, service and manufacturing settings, Claudia is just as comfortable at a mine site as she is in the office, the workshop or the boardroom. She is familiar with the nuances of a matrix organization and adapts readily to the organizational structure which best suits the business. Claudia’s career know-how is rich in its broad and global exposure. Her collective experience includes financial and business control, governance, taxation, pensions, FP & A, treasury, internal controls, commercial management, M&A, system integrations, ERM and payroll. She is a board-certified director, having attained her ICD.D through the Rotman School of Management. Philanthropic with her time and wanting to give back, she currently serves as a director for both Skate Ontario and the Georgetown Skating Club.
