My strategic and operational leadership expertise has played a key role in my success developing and implementing innovative strategies that focus on operational excellence, driving business growth, maximising sales and marketing, improving the customer experience, and optimising client engagement, loyalty and satisfaction. Main career highlights: consolidating growth in Australia and NZ by increasing Gross Margin YoY for 5 years, restoring EBIT >5%, and implementing the most ambitious SAP Change Management transformation project with 70 employees in Australia: Quotation Tool, Service Max, Finance & Controlling modules. I also optimised global brand awareness and engagement by winning tender bids for high profile international events, such as Commonwealth Games GC 2018; 2011 Rio CISM 5th Military World Games; 2011 XVI Guadalajara PanAmerican Olympic Games; and 2007 XV Rio PanAmerican Olympic Games.
