Executive with wide experience in management consulting and financial services focused on strategy and planning (business plans, performance improvement, business strategy, turnaround, etc.), organizational design and implementation (BPR, change management, etc.), project management and execution, risk management and compliance (credit and operational risks, Anti Money Laundering, MIFID, Market Abuse, ESG, etc.). Currently works as Director of Project Management, Sustainability (ESG) and CEO's Office for a bank, within the private banking and wealth management industry. The aim of the role is to support the CEO in enhancing overall capability, performance and effectiveness of the bank, leveraging on strategical projects and operations excellence. Particularly, the main duties are: ⁃ Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and in cooperation with department heads- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, on behalf of the CEO- Supporting the review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure- Collaborating in improving processes and optimizing organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity; ⁃ Supporting business unit heads in the change initiatives, as well as enabling the roll-out of the bank’s strategies; ⁃ Transform how the organization performs through effective delivery of operational and strategical projects and initiatives- Working to assessing, developing and implementing strategies to improve the bank's performance and impact in the ESG areas, related to both direct impact and to investment and credit services.
