I’m currently working as an Infrastructure & Network Advisor at Yokohama-TWS, where I’m responsible for the management, administration and evolution of our Active Directory infrastructure and of our Microsoft 365 tenant. My role involves overseeing identity lifecycle management, ensuring secure and efficient access to corporate resources, and implementing best practices across Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Intune, Pureview and other Microsoft 365 services. I work closely with cross-functional teams to improve cloud adoption, enhance collaboration tools, and maintain a secure, scalable, and compliant IT environment. I focus on building smart, efficient systems through automation, modern tools, and emerging technologies like AI. I believe in continuous learning and in the power of the cloud to drive innovation and agility within modern organizations. Before my current role, I worked as a Voice Communication & CTI Specialist, Retail Integration Specialist, and Microsoft System Administrator. I also have experience with Alcatel-Lucent PBX Networks and Genesys CTI systems. I hold the Microsoft MD-100 certification
