About Claudio Falconi

My mission is to tell stories through images, merging meticulous precision with deep emotion, and pioneering technology with a clear artistic vision. As a Partner and the Head of VFX at Proxima Milano, I bring nearly thirty years of experience to the forefront of the film, episodic and advertising industry. I have the privilege of leading our brilliant film and advertising teams, where we craft visual effects for industry giants like Netflix, Amazon, Paramount+, and AMC+, as well as major ADV agency and production companies, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. I am passionate about harnessing cutting-edge technologies, from Virtual Production to the transformative potential of CGAI and GenAI. This dedication culminated in 2025 with my appointment as Head of CGAI and GenAI Director for DECODE70, Proxima Milano's AI-powered Content Room, where I pioneer new forms of storytelling. I am particularly proud of recent achievements like supervising and co-producing Giorgio Diritti's "Lubo", which competed at the prestigious Venice Film Festival, and overseeing Proxima Milano's VFX for the critically acclaimed Netflix series "The Leopard". My path was forged at Milan's Civica Scuola di Cinema and solidified with a master's in film production from the University of Southern California (USC). I joined the Proxima Milano family in 2003 and have been a proud partner since 2006, continuing to build our shared future.
