Claudio is a Managing Consultant in Capgemini Italia. He Works in the group since 1995 with experience in different sectors of the market, including, Space, Defense, and since in the IT sector Telco and Media, where he had the opportunity to play different roles such as Team Leader, IT Architect, Technical Project Manager and Project Manager, in several project like - CRM Projects (Clarify - Siebel)- Billing Transformation Projects (Kenan - Oracle BRM)- Integration Architect (CRM, Network, Billing, Rating, etc)- Over The Top Platform (Skygo) He has also worked in Client & Change Management between IT and Business divisions both as consultant and as main contact of the Company. He had work experience in projects of medium to high magnitude in the international area with responsibility for the management of resources. His main capability are the understanding of the needs from inception, translating them into requirements and functionalities, have at glance a clear picture of the architecture, interfacing smoothly clients and partners during the critical phases of requirements collection and consolidation as well as good E2E vision in the Functional Architecture design phase.
