About Claudio Martina

As a Innovation Manager, I have had the pleasure to work with leading Italian corporates such as BPER, a2a, Credem, Gruppo Mondadori, Angelini, AGOS, Reale Mutua, Terna, Auchan, and Edison. My role involves performing venture building with on-field and out-of-the-building business model validations, designing and running Corporate Entrepreneurship Programs and Call4startups, coaching and empowering innovation teams and intrapreneurs, and designing Corporate Innovation frameworks and processes to boost and sustain corporate innovation capabilities. I have co-designed and co-developed Innovation Strategy for multiple clients and delivered training on Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Customer Development. I have been immersed in the world of innovation for years, thanks to my education background in Biotecnologie molecolari e industriali from Università di Bologna, my entrepreneurial experience, and my passion for Corporate Innovation. I have a sufficiently complete vision of how a company can and must innovate using its internal and external resources. My goal is to help companies transform their challenges into opportunities, and create value for their customers, stakeholders, and society.
