I design and facilitate transformational learning experiences that enable individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their full potential. My work spans corporate, non-profit, and educational contexts, and is grounded in the belief that learning is a catalyst for personal and collective change. With a strong background in adult education, facilitation, and organizational development, I support people in building leadership, collaboration, and inclusion skills. My approach is experiential and participatory, combining structured methodologies with creativity, always rooted in the values of diversity, equity, and belonging. ‍ As an LGBTQIA+ activist, I advocate for inclusive workplaces and communities where every identity is respected and empowered. I collaborate with social movements, grassroots organizations, and corporate partners to drive awareness, dignity, and systemic change. In the non-profit sector, I have led programs focused on capacity building, empowerment, youth development, and intercultural dialogue, helping individuals and mission-driven groups gain the skills and confidence they need to lead meaningful change. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, I bring extensive experience working in international and multicultural teams, connecting people across borders, navigating complexity, and amplifying impact.
