About Claudio Rossi

Enthusiast by combination of finance, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and people. I believe that the synergy between these pillars helps companies to prosper and become sustainable. With over 18 years of experience in finance, including 12 years in agribusiness, my professional career is marked by challenges and achievements. I started my career in the financial market at investment fund managers, later pivoting to the corporate of small and medium-sized national companies and a large multinational. Throughout my journey, I had the opportunity to work directly and manage corporate departments as Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A), Treasury, Credit and Collection, Controllership, Internal Controls, Legal, IT, Systems and Infrastructure and led projects in ERP deployment, Due Diligence for M&A, Valuation, Economic and Financial appraisal, Structured Operations and LGPD, solidifying a holistic view of management and corporate governance. I believe in collaborative and participative leadership, supporting and developing people. My passion for learning and sharing knowledge makes me have reading books as a hobby, besides having been referenced in two publications for my contributions. I also act as a teacher in courses of different entities. Ease in building relationships through assertive communication, in addition to leadership and management skills, allowed me to overcome challenges in complex and challenging missions, achieving great results and bringing me strengths. The events that most marked my career were being recognized as a standout employee in 2018 for structuring the institution's first corporate budget. Leading the project of a new ERP deployment and organizational change management in 2023, considered a success case and awarded the "Céu de Brigadeiro" by SAP Brasil. In addition to reading books, practicing sports such as swimming and mountain biking complete my leisure time.
