About Claudio Tataranni

I graduated with a degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering (managerial track) and my vocational training was born in the Information Technology, where I had the opportunity to lead different development and integration system projects both in Italy and abroad, acquiring a very strong IT knowledge. Afterwards, my vocational training evolved first in the Organization and Change Management Development, leading different and complex Group international projects, and then in the Operations, managing the Logistics, Supply Chain and Quality Department. I hold different positions with increasing responsibilities, principally in Retail and high growing multinational companies. I managed with success process and organization change/transformation projects, having in mind a unique objective: internal and external customer satisfaction. In addition, my personal profile is completed by a strong attitude to the problem solving, to the team work, to the research of process optimizations and continuous improvements, as well as to the people development and management.
