My experience and interest is around building innovative solutions to support the business getting faster and safer out to the market while putting people at the heart of everything we do. I excel at building communities, bringing people together and establish myself as a leader in informal settings. Through the activities I'm part of I am an Ambassador of Betfair Romania in the Cluj market. I believe that there is a strong connection between personal life and work life. Own personality (values) drive the work behaviours as well. While I like to think of me as an explorer, mountaineer, triathlete, adrenaline lover I do consider a calculated risk approach is healthy. While the South American or African expeditions increased my life experience and self trust they’ve also made me humble and grounded. Happy to take part in challenges that are close to my interests and values.
