A Mining(B.Eng) graduate with years of practical and theoretical mining experience, rooted but not limited to underground coal mining. My career has spanned key areas such as Coal production, technical services management, business Improvement and knowledge of engineering systems. I have a well-rounded understanding of the mining value chain from the coal face, processing to logistics. I am passionate about leading efficient, inclusive and productive operations. Strongly grounded in the belief that the most valuable resource that should leave the mine every day is its people. My leadership approach is to develop high-performing teams, prioritizing safety, building strong working relationships with local communities, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders. Ultimately, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
