I'm always looking to connect, build trust and foster collaboration because that's when the magic happens.With 15+ years of experience in phospho-proteomics, bioinformatics, data analytics, and experimental design I convert multiple streams of data into a clear message and drive strategic decisions towards a clinically impactful outcome. Since childhood I have always been fascinated by ants. Their relentless success and the emergence of singular focus and impressive architecture from chaos is astounding to me. Maybe that is why I enjoy working with complex signal protein networks and messy clinical data?My journey began at the bench as a wet lab research scientist in academia, grounding me with the hands-on experience that informs my work every day. Now, I lead the bioinformatics team at Ignite Proteomics, where our mission is to empower physicians to select personalized therapies for their patients. I thrive in CAP/CLIA-regulated environments, and enjoy tackling complex challenges with a blend of scientific precision and creative insight to result in robust, compliant solutions ready for the clinic.My career has been profoundly shaped by exceptional mentors and the dynamic energy of high-performing teams.
