With a profound understanding of customer needs, I have a proven ability to identify and clarify opportunities, enabling more informed and strategic decision-making. I am a motivated and open-minded Business Development and Growth Strategy Expert with a strong background in Customer Insights, Market Expansion, and Corporate Partnerships. I drive growth by leading the development of new business areas, enhancing existing ones, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the value chain. I have extensive experience heading large contract negotiations and establishing key commercial partnerships to accelerate growth. Additionally, I bring significant expertise in ideation and innovation, fostering better product development in close collaboration with R&D. A key achievement includes co-leading LINAK’s successful entry into the American market, growing the operation from a small three-person team in a basement to a fully professional business with production capabilities within six years. I bring a wealth of international business experience, having done business in more then 40 U.S. states, as well as Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. My work has also taken me to Taiwan and China, as well as across Europe, from Meditarranean countries like Spain and Italy to Northern Scandinavia.
