About Clay Bowen

I'm a student at the University of Central Florida with a commitment to excellence in my endeavors. From a young age, I have settled for nothing short of high quality work. I spent my high school years taking college classes and learning valuable industry skills that have helped me along my career path. A special passion for marketing and technology has helped me stay focused and dedicated on acquiring long term skills with many computer applications as well as sales and service experience. My most impactful position was working as an assistant manager for Home Res-Q, a well established remodeling and renovation company in my home town. It was here that I learned email and phone call marketing skills as well as customer service and management. I was part of a team that oversaw the daily activity and job coordination of over 20 separate workers. The most valuable skills I have experienced include handling difficult customer service situations and verbal sales communication techniques in both that position and my position at Publix.
