About Clay Govier
I am part of my family's farming operation in Central Nebraska near Broken Bow. We are mainly a corn and soybean farm but are expanding to include yellow field peas, cereal rye, and certified organic production. I'm interested in all things related to sustainable/regenerative agriculture. Constant experimentation with different farming methods, cover cropping systems, and fertilizers is a large part of our operation. I serve on the Nebraska Soybean Board representing the soybean producers of District 8. I am a graduate of the University of Nebraska's LEAD program - LEAD Class 37. This program was designed to create leaders in agriculture in the state of Nebraska.
