With 30+ years in the industrial bearing and mechanical power transmission industry, I have been recognized as an expert in my field on both product and process. Working to improve my product and process understanding has aided me in the pursuit of solving problems for both my organization, and my customer / partners. Constantly staying on top of the latest market changes, and continual product research keeps me on the leading edge of innovative solutions. From the board room to the stakeholder on the plant floor, I am comfortable with all aspects of the business process. My enjoyment comes from working with all parties to develop a true partnership, not just a supply agreement. Today's business goes well beyond the part, and more than ever is about people. Building relationships based upon mutual trust and respect has been a cornerstone to my success. I have had the advantage to work for both the larger chain corporate environment, and more recently within the smaller independently owned regional distribution channel. As a member / owner of a Cooperative I bring a unique perspective to the National and Global Market. It is my goal to foster my own growth while encouraging inspiration and drive in those around me. I offer a talent and desire to be a positive guiding force within my chosen industry or organization. I have recently been diagnosed with a Progressive degenerative condition known as Stiff Person Syndrome. Currently I am offering my vast knowledge of the industry via consulting.
