Background
About Clay Jorgensen
I am graduating this summer with a Bachelors in Social Work, and I plan on following it up with a Masters Degree in Social work. My goal is heading towards being a therapist. For 22 years I have worked in Funeral Service as a licensed funeral director and embalmer, which I have loved! I am excited to be exploring a second career, learning new skills and gaining new experiences. For almost a year now I have been working in a drug treatment program at Utah Department of Corrections, where I am coaching inmates in leadership and pro-social skills, as well as teaching psychoeducational classes. These careers have played a roll in helping me develop good skills using empathy, caring, and positive regard toward others. I am looking forward to new challenges and developing even more skills.
