My passion lies in working collaboratively to develop and implement strategy that aligns business operations with positive impact. Having worked in engineering and infrastructure consulting for six years, I have developed strengths in building and fostering relationships; applying quantitative approaches to big-picture business problem solving; and overall project management. My experience includes: Consulting- Leading teams that analyse and design organisational models, consulting large clusters of internal and external stakeholders, presenting to C-suite - Developing and implementing transformative delivery strategies for some of Australia’s largest utility organisations Engineering and Project Management- Leading PMO operations for asset intensive projects (~AU$100M), continuously delivering on-time and on-budget, reporting directly to C-suite - Managing multi-disciplinary project teams, comprised of up to 20 resources (internal and external) that design and deliver infrastructure projects (~AU$40M) across defence, utilities, and public transport industries Recently completed my MBA at INSEAD, I focused on enhancing my understanding of Corporate Finance and Strategy, improving my ability to synchronise businesses operations with value and impact.
