I am a skilled HR professional, facilitator, business strategist, and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience in Strategic HR, Organisational Effectiveness, Learning, Leadership Development, and Change Management. I have a solid track record in establishing and leading high-performing teams, and I have led the design and implementation of strategic HR processes and frameworks for a number of blue-chip companies, specifically in the areas of leadership development, blended learning, succession management, performance management, employee engagement, organisational design and change enablement. I was previously the Head of Organisational Effectiveness for MultiChoice Group, the Head of Discovery’s School of Leadership, and the Group Manager of HR and Learning for Planet Fitness. During 2018, I took on the role of People Transition Lead for MultiChoice Group, responsible for key people elements of organisational transformation, including overseeing organisational design, role profiling, role mapping, change enablement, future-focused learning needs identification, and culture change. I am currently the MD of Knowledge X-Change, a consulting powerhouse that prepares leaders and teams for the unimagined future. I specialise in crafting and facilitating learning experiences that have lasting impact on competence, culture, and competitiveness. As a thought leader and executive coach, I have helped countless individuals to unlearn, rethink, reinvent, and thrive in today’s turbulent times.
