After working as a software engineer for some time now, I realized that the moments I enjoyed the most weren’t just about writing clean, efficient code they were the times I was collaborating with stakeholders, defining project requirements, coordinating delivery, and seeing a product come to life from concept to launch. Those experiences showed me that my real passion lies in project and product management aligning teams, managing timelines, solving complex problems, and delivering solutions that have a real business impact. Now, I’m intentionally pivoting my career toward Project Management, leveraging my technical background to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. My engineering experience gives me the ability to understand challenges at a granular level, while my growing focus on project leadership ensures that I can manage scope, timelines, and expectations effectively.
