About Cleide Castro

I have spent my career bringing stories to life—whether on screen or on stage. With a strong background in media and event production, I have worked across entertainment and corporate events, always focused on delivering high-end experiences. Since 2022, I have been part of Encore Event Technologies – first as Manager of Event Operations, and currently as Director of Event Technology – leading teams in the delivery of live events, while engaging with and managing both clients and stakeholders. Before moving to Australia, I built my career in the media industry working as a Producer, Casting Director and Production Manager, contributing to major productions for top streaming platforms and media companies across Latin America, including Netflix, Prime Video, Discovery, HBO, Disney, Paramount, and ESPN. Now based in Sydney and proud to call Australia home, I am looking forward to contributing even more to the local industry, sharing my experience, and continuing to learn and grow in this vibrant and diverse market.
