I enjoy partnering with management teams to develop and refine short- and long-term initiatives that deliver high-impact results.I believe my greatest accomplishments are rooted in change – taking a company public; participating in a business ownership change from one private equity firm to another; contributing to two corporate acquisitions which involved integrating accounting operations; assembling and mentoring teams of finance personnel to manage these significant changes.Building, strengthening, and expanding accounting and finance capabilities was instrumental in meeting the demands of these changes spanning rapid growth, public offerings, and M&A transactions.Known as a trusted advisor and supporter, I cultivate relationships based on honesty, collaboration, and shared passion for the company vision, mission, and products. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends on mountain bike rides, long road trips, and Sunday dinners.
