I worked on commercial credit and collection at Hong Kong, China, and the Asia Pacific markets over 31 years (such as Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Vietnam, India, Australia, Middle East etc), in which 13 years at manager level, I served different kind of industries (such as FinTech, IT, Travel & Hotels, Metals, Steels, Plastics, Electronics, Food & Domestics, Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers etc.), good at account receivable, doubtful and debt collection, legal action; well technique on reminding letter, phone call collection, an on-site customer visit, legal action and due with the outside collection agency and local Law Firm, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, staff training etc. I am an organized and systematic person, very well technique on communication and negotiation skill with internal or external parties, with very well problem-solving skill, can handle projects step by step and complete the task within the time schedule had been set. I can be facing any situation and difficulty during the work, I also a good trainer for the junior or senior staff, I can also act as a bridge to strengthen the relationship between the company and the customers.
