I am a strategic and results-driven development professional with over ten years of experience across Malawi’s NGO, education, and community development sectors. My work combines expertise in inclusive education, safeguarding, and gender-responsive programming with a solid understanding of project coordination, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement. Currently holding a Master of Education in Policy, Planning, and Leadership. I also hold a Professional Diploma in Marketing and a PMD Pro Certification in project management. This combination of academic and professional qualifications uniquely positions me to lead programmes that integrate education reform, community empowerment, and effective behaviour change strategies. I have successfully coordinated multi-district inclusive education programmes under World Vision Malawi, led school leadership initiatives across 56 schools, and implemented safeguarding protocols that enhanced protection systems for vulnerable learners. My additional experience in behaviour change communication and marketing has enabled me to design impactful outreach campaigns and knowledge products that influence both communities and donors.
