I’m a technology executive, strategist, and change-maker with over 20 years of experience helping organizations grow, adapt, and innovate. Whether it’s leading teams, solving complex challenges, or aligning technology with business strategy, I thrive at the intersection of people, processes, and progress.Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—developer, consultant, manager, and visionary. What ties all of these roles together is my passion for building bridges: between technology and business, between big ideas and practical execution, and most importantly, between people.Here’s what you can expect when you work with me- I’m a translator. I speak “geek,” business, finance, and strategy fluently, so I help teams avoid costly missteps by ensuring everyone’s on the same page- I’m a doer. Big ideas are great, but execution is what really counts. I focus on delivering results, not just talking about them- I stay cool under pressure. Whether it’s a high-stakes project or an unexpected challenge, I’m the calm one who helps everyone move forward- I embrace the tough stuff. I run toward fires, not away from them- I’m always learning. Whether it’s new technologies, business strategies, or cultural perspectives, I’m endlessly curious and constantly expanding my horizons.But there’s more to me than just work. I’ve represented Canada in three World Triathlon Championships, competed in Ironman Canada and Ironman 70.3 Singapore, and cycled across the country. These experiences taught me resilience, discipline, and the value of pushing my limits—all qualities that I bring to my professional life.Outside of work and sport, I’m a lifelong learner and an avid traveler. I’ve explored 41 countries (and counting!), gaining new perspectives and fresh ideas along the way.
