About Clement Sim

Academically, majoring in Psychology has given me the insights of human behavior at an in depth level, and putting it to application is something that I am very interested in. Throughout my course of studies, I have obtained distinctions in Psychology modules like Forensic Psychology, Trauma Psychology, Clinical Psychology, to name a few. Outside of my academic qualifications, I am self-motivated individual, highly driven and willing to learn. I am a good team player and I am always ready to listen to opinions from others. I have good observation, analytical and leadership skills through my experiences working with people from diverse backgrounds. My latest employment stint was an internship with a global communications leader, Tata Communications International Pte Ltd as a Human Resources Intern and a Legal Intern for more than 1 year. I was put in charge of several company-wide projects; including recruitment, engagement, and driving learning and development culture in a leadership position. I was also a main committee member with the Legal team for a global project in 16 office locations.In school, I was part of the National Police Cadet Corps from 2002 to 2009, holding coveted leadership positions as a Station Inspector in Secondary School, and a Cadet Inspector in Ngee Ann Polytechnic.On personal front, I am interested in sports, photography, travel and cars.
