While developing models to improve cash flow in advanced ATMs, I found out I really enjoy solving tough problems making a real difference. Later, as an and business analyst, I had the opportunity to contribute to international projects focused on market expansion and new product launches. Though I wasn’t responsible for development, I enjoyed occasionally diving into the code to support the team. After that, I stepped into a similar role in banking at Credem Banca, where I got to understand the industry from the inside, and put my consulting experience to work, this time from the client’s side. Currently working as a, I lead a team with an inclusive and servant leadership style, creating a space where everyone can bring their best. With experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, I adapt my approach to suit each project’s needs, balancing structure and flexibility. One of my proudest achievements was the seamless consolidation of services post-merger, ensuring a smooth transition with 100% data integrity. A, I chose an engineering-focused education for its analytical depth, earning a Bachelor’s in Mathematics for Engineering, a Master’s in Mathematical Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Management Engineering. My studies were enriched by an Erasmus+ experience in Finland, where I deepened my international perspective and analytical approach. Currently, I’m pursuing an Executive Master’s in Financial Innovation, staying at the forefront of developments in Fintech and AI. Active beyond work, I’m fueled by volleyball, beach volleyball, and CrossFit. Apparently, I’m not very good at resting after office hours! I bring both at work and outside. I am always seeking new professional and personal challenges, they are just chances to grow. 🦸‍ As an active member of the, I dedicate part of my time to supporting women in technology and promoting diversity. As a -(Basic Life Support with Defibrillation) operator, I also value being prepared for emergencies, both in and outside of work!
